Also!
An interesting fact: They use the word cabra or cabro (goat) to refer to children here (in the region, or in Chile, not only in Futa), because they are like mountain goats in that they are always bouncing off the walls. This seems very interesting to me, because we call children "kids," which, like cabritos, are little goats...

This is fascinating!
ReplyDeleteHenceforth, I am the father of dos cabritos.
Great! Although, only one of them is currently bouncing off the walls, while the other one is now sitting up, right? Or have I been gone for longer than I thought?
ReplyDeleteWell, in the true South American tradition, I am feeding them both highly sugared coffee, and even though Finn lacks the ability to crawl or walk, somehow he is still flying through the air.
